1. Shipping Costs

Order two or more products and shipping is on us — anywhere in Europe. No codes, no thresholds, no fine print.

2. Delivery Times

The Netherlands Order before 17:00 and your parcel arrives the next working day. Order after 17:00 and we process it first thing the following morning.

Europe We work with DHL and DPD to get your order to you within 5 working days. Usually faster. Once shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a track & trace link — so you always know where it is.

Outside Europe Not yet. We're working on it. Stay tuned.


3. Our Delivery Partners

We work with carriers we trust to handle your order the right way:

·       PostNL — the Netherlands and Belgium

·       DHL — Germany and wider Europe

·       DPD — France, Italy and wider Europe


4. Returns

We stand behind what we make. But if something isn't right, here's how it works.

The window You have 14 days from the moment your order arrives to initiate a return.

 

What can come back

·       Styling products (Devil May Care, Bare Knuckle, Leather Lion): only if completely unopened and untouched. Once you've been in there, it's yours.

·       Dear Shotgun Detox Shampoo and Wild Excess Sea Salt Spray: no returns — hygiene reasons, no exceptions.

·       Toiletry Bag: returnable if unused and in original condition.

How to return

1.     Email us at info@sonsofseven.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.     We'll review it and send you return instructions if approved.

3.     Pack it up and send it back to:

Return costs Return shipping is at your own expense. We don't refund original shipping costs — unless we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged.

Refund Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 14 days via the original payment method.


5. Something Wrong?

Damaged product. Wrong item. Something that shouldn't have happened.
