TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We don't like rules either. But these exist to protect both of us, so
read them once, then forget about it and get back to more important things.
1. The Rules
These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement made through our
webshop. By placing an order, you accept them. Simple as that.

2. Our Offer
Everything on our website is an invitation, not a guarantee. We reserve
the right to change or withdraw offers at any time.
Your order becomes an agreement the moment you receive a confirmation
email from us. We also reserve the right to refuse an order or ask for
additional information, for example if something doesn't add up.
3. Prices
What you see is what you pay. All prices are in euros and include VAT,
unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are listed separately, see our Shipping & Returns page for the details. Prices can change. The price at the moment of your order is the one that
counts.
4. Payment
Pay when you order, via one of the following methods:

If payment fails or doesn't come through, we reserve the right to cancel

5. Delivery
We move fast. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, check our Shipping & Returns page for exact timelines per country.
Delivery times are estimates, not promises. If a carrier drops the ball,
that's on them, not us. Risk and ownership transfer to you the moment your
order is delivered.
6. Changed Your Mind?
We will happily take returns within 30 days of the order if the item is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and they will be required to arrange their own shipment.
Once the returns have been received and approved, we will refund the value of the returned goods, excluding any original shipping costs.

How it works: Email us at info@sonsofseven.com within 30 days of receiving your
order. Include your order number. Once approved, send the product back at your
own cost. We'll refund you within 30 days of receiving the return — via the
same payment method you used.
7. Something Wrong?
Our products are built to deliver. If something doesn't meet the
standard; wrong item, damaged on arrival, anything off, contact us within 30
days at info@sonsofseven.com.
Include a photo and your order
number.
8. Liability
We stand behind our products. But we're not responsible for indirect or consequential damage resulting from their use, unless we've been negligent or acted in bad faith. In any case, our liability is capped at the value of your order.
9. Our Work Is Ours
Everything you see on this website: the images, the words, the logos,
the videos, the names, belong to SONS OF SEVEN B.V. or is used with
permission. Don't copy it, reproduce it or use it without our written consent.
We built this from scratch. Respect that.
10. Your Data
We handle your personal data with care, in line with GDPR. Read our full
Privacy Policy on the website if you want to know exactly how.
For information on how Klarna processes your personal data, please refer
to Klarna's privacy policy at klarna.com.
11. Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements with SONS OF SEVEN B.V. If something
goes wrong, we'd rather talk it out first, reach us at info@sonsofseven.com.
If that doesn't work, disputes will be handled by the competent court in the district of Noord-Brabant, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
As required by EU law, we are also obliged to inform you of the European
Online Dispute Resolution platform. If you have a complaint that we cannot
resolve together, you can submit it via the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is
always on our website. If changes affect your current order, we'll let you
