RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. We understand that this can't always be the case. Therefore we do accept returns. You may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read our return policy carefully.
You have the right to return within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
As you hopefully understand, cosmetic products like ours are a high-risk category when it comes to hygiene and product safety. Therefore we can't accept returns of which the original box has been opened.
HOW TO RETURN
- Reach us at sons@sonsofseven.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll review it and send you return instructions if approved.
- Pack it up and send it back to: SONS OF SEVEN — Klokgebouw 185, 5617AA Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
Return costs are at your own expense. We don't refund original shipping costs, unless we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged.
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
